Bevin Pierce, MA, LPC Intern
Supervised by Marci B. Stiles, MA, LPC-S
Bevin has a passion for helping all individuals from different walks of life; she adds energy, enthusiasm, and the power of positivity to her counseling methods. Bevin feels that people are not defined by the problems they face. She believes in building a trusting and judgment free relationship with each of her clients. All people have the capacity to fulfill their own potential and lead a healthy lifestyle. Bevin strives to inspire and motivate clients towards their individual goals. She understands how difficult it can be to take that step in changing one’s own path; she makes therapy a safe space where one will feel accepted, encouraged, and empowered.
Bevin wants to help clients understand themselves more fully and find peace within themselves and their environments. As a therapist, she is compassionate, empathic, and ready to actively listen to each and every one of her clients. Her method of therapy is very client focused; she emphasizes insight and growth through trust, while using the client’s own strengths to face personal challenges with confidence. Bevin believes there is good in all people and that difficulties can be worked through in the client-therapist relationship.
Bevin holds a Master of Arts in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Midwestern State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC Intern) working under the supervision of Marci B. Stiles, MA, LPC-S.
